We're off to Joshua Tree, CA near Palm Springs in CA. It's mostly desert but it is 5 hrs from Phoenix, 3 hrs from LA, 2 hrs from San Diego (J's parents are there), and about 4 hrs to Las Vegas. We'll be there 3 months starting June 5th, packing up and leaving this week. Our place is adorable and since it doesn't have laundry his company has arranged to have someone pick up and do our laundry which is kind of nice, hunh? Not much in the way of job prospects for me there, guess I'll have to hang out at the water park in Palm Springs all day long, poor me.
